Virtual Heroes
The play is about two kids, Rita Dobbs and Kevin Miller, who attend the same school. They don’t like each other. Rita and Kevin are bullied by Sharon and Aaron from their school. One day Rita wants to play Minecraft, but then she gets redirected to another game called Fantasycraft. She creates her own avatar named Sapphire Stone in the IT room, but then Kevin comes in.
When Sharon and Aaron enter the room they say that Kevin should kiss Rita. Later Kevin and Rita meet each other in the game as Byron Tombs and Sapphire Stones. They fall in love, but they haven’t realised that it is them. When they have found out that it is them, they start hating each other even more.
At the end they get stuck in the elevator and Kevin saves them. Finally, they stand up against the bullies together and solve their problems.
We think the English theatre was great. It was something new for us and we are looking forward to enjoying another one next year.
